the location was WONDERFUL for exploring! the staff offered quick and friendly service upon arrival. the room felt very spacious and had a comfy bed. everything about the room was impeccably clean, including the toilet and surroundings.
i thought the soundproofing was a minor issue, as i could faintly hear street noise.

the location near the phrom phong bts station was a significant advantage for getting around the city easily..
The bathroom cleanliness was subpar. I found stains in the shower, and it generally felt unhygienic. this was disappointing, especially given the room was advertised as "refurbished". the bed was also uncomfortably firm, i could feel the springs

I found the location quite convenient. It allowed easy access to the nearby shopping malls. the staff greeted everyone with a smile. i was delighted with the fast, complimentary wi-fi, and it really catered to my needs .

My superior double or twin room included air conditioning and a private bathroom. there was a tv, a refrigerator, and complimentary bottled water provided daily! the room had blackout curtains. Therefore the lighting could be adjusted to the guest needs.

the hotel is close to the bts station. 7-eleven is across the street and very convenient. I found a coin laundry place nearby that really helped. Public transport and stores are easily accessible.
my room's air conditioning did not cool the space fast enough. Housekeeping missed my room one day and I ran out of toilet paper. It was not refilled at all.
